My Approach
You don’t need to have it all figured out to come to therapy. Sometimes things just feel 'off' and you're not quite sure why. Together we can explore what's beneath those feelings of unease.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space, without judgement, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is person-centred which means I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you discover what feels meaningful and right for you. I want therapy to be accessible for everyone. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and neurodiversity-affirming.
I work with individuals and have experience supporting people with grief, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, relationships and childhood struggles. I’m especially interested in how therapy can support people through times of change, whether expected or unexpected. What matters most to me is creating a genuine, trusting relationship, one where you feel heard, accepted and supported as you explore both the painful and the hopeful parts of your life. If you’re considering therapy, I would be honoured to take those first steps with you.
How I
work
A space where you don’t have to hold everything together
Many people come to therapy feeling stretched thin by responsibilities, expectations, or the pressure to cope. Here, you can let some of that weight go.
MSc-qualified, trauma-aware counselling
I have experience working with anxiety, relationships, medical trauma, identity questions, and long-standing emotional overwhelm.
Online sessions
If you prefer the comfort of home, therapy online can feel just as connected, steady, and supportive.
Free introductory call
This gives us the chance to talk about what's been on your mind and whether you'd like to work with me.

Fees are £70 for in-person therapy and £60 for online.
